Features
Built-in Grill Features:
- Patented Diamond Sear Cooking Grids provide bars that have a smooth flat top, with each measuring over 0.35" wide on the surface, the optimal shape allows even heat distribution and faster cooking.
- 1/4" Thick Cast 304 Stainless Steel Burners feature a lifetime warranty, and are designed with a protective lip above the ports to prevent clogging from grease.
- All Echelons include Angled Halogen Internal Lights. The E660 (30") and E790 (36") includes 2 internal halogen lamps, where the E1060 (48") includes 3 lamps.
- The Flavor Grids allow heat to rise unobstructed from the burner to the cooking grids. These grids heat quickly and evenly flavor the food by vaporizing juices and minimizing flare ups and grease fires, staying easy to clean and maintain at the same time.
- The included Recessed Infrared Backburner is a stainless steel mesh encased efficient ceramic system which provides much more BTU heat for quicker efficient rotisserie grilling. A Stainless Steel Cover is included to protect the back burner when it is not in use.
- The Optional Magic View Window allows you to monitor whatever food is on the grill without lifting the hood and losing valuable heat.
- The Echelon Drip Trays are built with ball bearings for easy glide, and are the perfect size for easy handling. These can be used with Fire Magic Drip Tray Liners for convenient cleanup.
- Double Walled 90 Degree Stainless Steel Hood not only provides highly efficient heat retention, it opens to 90 degrees for easy access and efficient exhaust. The Teflon coated spring assist makes opening the oven smooth and accessible for all.
- Each Echelon features Comfort Touch Back-lit Knobs that add convenience and safety to grilling. The flame icons turn red when on, and stay blue when off.
- 2024 Echelons now feature a Modern Black Glass Panel, providing a completely new aesthetic and emphasis on the back-lit control knobs.
- The Digital Underglass Thermometer is a state-of-the-art display with an impressive array of features, including the digital thermometer and integrated smart technology that allows remote monitoring from a smartphone.
- The Fire Magic Digital Meat Probe accurately reads the internal temperature of your meat. The probe can be kept in the meat while grilling and allows the temperature to be read on the face of the grill, or even your smart phone device.
