Add the perfect sidekick to your full-sized HALO griddle with the HALO Griddle Grease-Trap Gates. Each gate is designed to close off the rear of the griddle to prevent food from falling into the grease trap. One gate features a scalloped edge to allow the free flow of grease, while the other gate features a solid edge to keep as little grease from exiting as possible. These gates still allow the use of HALO's utensil clean-off squeegee.
