This infrared side burners features a quality design, constructed from 304 stainless steel construction, and a heavy-duty stainless steel grate. Rated for 15,000 BTUs, this searing burner can reach temperatures up to 1,600 degrees Fahrenheit for cooking thick cuts of beef and or pork. It features high/low adjustment for enhanced cooking versatility. The sear burner includes a stainless steel lid to protect the burner when not in use.
