The Alfa Pizza Hybrid Kit for Stone Medium Gas Oven turns your gas-fired oven into a wood-burning oven. All it takes is two simple steps: cover the burner on the left with the lid for protection and then use the wood holder to wedge the firewood. The fire will burn opposite of the burner and never directly on the lid. Be sure to verify that the burner is working properly before switching back to gas.
Made from AISI 441 Stainless Steel, the hybrid kit has been specially designed so that you can enjoy the pleasures of a wood fire in a gas-burning oven. Kit contains wood rack and burner lid.
