All of the Fire Magic Charcoal Grills will feature a crank handle that allows you to adjust the height of the charcoal pan. This feature will allow you to control more of your grilling heat.The Stainless Steel Charcoal Grills feature a smoker hood with adjustable vents on each side to regulate heat and airflow. On these units there will be an additional warming rack that adds 12" of smoking surface. The rack stays flat even and moves over the coals when the oven is closed. The Diamond Sear Cooking Grids are superior! These grids have a patented design with bars that have a smooth flat top; each individual bar measures over .35" wide at the top covering over one half of the total cooking surface.
