Upgrade your Pronto 225 Hybrid Gas Oven with the Forno Venetzia Pronto Hybrid Fuel Kit, designed to transform your gas oven into a wood-burning oven for an unparalleled cooking experience. Crafted with durable stainless steel, this kit ensures optimal performance and protection for your oven while delivering the authentic flavors of wood-fired cooking.

The kit includes:

• Gas Burner Cover: Protects the gas burner from soot, ash, and wood particles, preventing clogs or blockages that could impact performance. Important: Do not burn wood without this cover, as it safeguards the gas jets and maintains optimal operation.
• Wood Holder (Paralegna): Keeps wood, embers, and ash organized and away from food and the gas burner during cooking. By securely holding the fire on the right side of the oven, the wood holder maximizes the usable cooking surface and ensures a clean and efficient cooking process.

With its stainless steel construction, this hybrid fuel kit is as durable as it is functional, making it the perfect addition for anyone looking to enjoy the versatility of both gas and wood-fired cooking in their Pronto 225 oven.
