Maple Dijon Pork Tenderloin
This delicious and easy pork tenderloin recipe combines some ingredients that do not commonly get mixed together, but what you get out of this mix is a meal with a wide variety of flavors. This recipe is extremely easy to make and your family and friends will be happy you made it too.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- 1/3 cup of Smokehouse Maple Wet Rub
- 3 tbsp of soy sauce
- 3 tbsp of dijon mustard
- 1 tsp of hot chili powder
- 1 pork tenderloin
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste

Directions
- Mix all ingredients in an airtight container; add the tenderloin, shaking to coat.
- Marinate the pork in the refrigerator for 2 hours or as long as 8 hours.
- Preheat the grill to 475°F (246°C).
- Grill the pork over direct heat for approximately 20 minutes or until an internal temperature of 160°F (71°C) is reached. Turn regularly while cooking so the sugars in the sauce don’t burn.
