The ITC Food Probe monitors the internal temperature of your grill wares and interfaces directly with the Intelligent Temperature Control of your Memphis Grill. Simply plug the 3. 5 mm audio-style plug into the jack on your ITC panel, route meat probe into the food as desired, and set your controls. The ITC will automatically reduce the grill temperature to warm once the desired temperature has been reached, practically cooking your meal for you. This is the key to perfectly prepared meals every time you start your pellet grill.
